October 27, 2023, Toronto, ON and Philadelphia, PA – EnerTech is pleased to announce the addition of Tony Pistagnesi to its Mobility Advisory Board as it continues to enhance and expand its focus on the mobility space. Tony’s experience and significant network in the autotech sector will provide EnerTech with valuable insight and access to differentiated investment opportunities for its Global Strategic Mobility Fund. Tony joins the board alongside other key mobility experts, Marcel Dalby (WM), Chris Thibodeau (Ushr, Inc.), Todd Janke (Adient), Matt Horton (Voltera), Yibo Cai (Pilot Flying J), Jody Howard (Caterpillar), Deepak Garg (Smart Energy Water), Mark Stoddart (Linamar), and John Matovich (Alectra).
Tony is currently Executive Director of Business Development at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) and is responsible for strategic business development. He has been involved in the design, development and manufacturing of drivetrain and propulsion systems for 24 years. Tony first became interested in vehicle electrification as head of AAM’s eAAM Technical Team located in Trollhättan, Sweden in 2013 and recently led AAM’s electrification business activities as a product manager and then business head. He has held leadership roles in general management, product management, product engineering and operations in the USA, China and Germany.
Prior to coming to AAM, Tony worked in product engineering at DaimlerChrysler and worked as a co-op student in the Process Engineering department at the Ford Windsor Casting Plant.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Windsor and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
