Congratulations to EnerTech portfolio company Enbala Power Networks on the announcement of the transaction with Generac. Generac will be a great partner as they expand their reach to additional customer premise based energy assets.

In my opinion, Bud Vos has been a great CEO for Enbala, has built an extremely strong leadership team, and developed Enbala into the provider of the best DER optimization software in the market. I will enjoy watching their continued impact on the industry but will gravely miss working directly with Bud and the team.
