Justin’s focus on early-stage future technologies within the commercial mobility and work solution space supports EnerTech’s current investment strategy and will be extremely valuable to EnerTech’s efforts to accelerate the mobility transition.
Justin is currently Director of Allison Ventures, the newly established corporate venture arm of Allison Transmission, a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of conventional and electrified vehicle propulsion solutions. As Director, Justin is dedicated to investing in, and partnering with, start-up and growth-stage companies to foster advancements in commercial-duty mobility and work solutions. Allison Ventures’ focus on digitization, automation, sustainability, electrification manufacturing and operations tech aligns with those of EnerTech.

Prior to Allison, Justin spent eight years at Meritor, which provides a range of industry-leading components, including axles, brakes, suspensions, drivelines and aftermarket parts for the commercial vehicle and industrial markets. He also spent three years at AxleTech International as a global aftermarket controller and purchasing manager.
Justin has a strong background in Corporate Development, M&A, Integration, Corporate Venture Capital, Finance, and Purchasing. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
