Phil Anderson, SVP Business Development at Enbridge, Joins Advisory Board for EnerTech Arcadia Debt Fund

July 23, 2024, Toronto, ON and Phoenix, AZ – Senior Vice President, Business Development at Enbridge, Phil Anderson, has joined the EnerTech Arcadia Debt Fund Advisory Board. Mr. Anderson has experience in a wide range of sectors, with extensive experience in energy markets and infrastructure, and a recent focus on the energy transition.


Phil was appointed to lead Enbridge’s Liquids Business Development group in June 2020 with accountability for Enbridge’s crude oil, NGL, and refined products development and low carbon infrastructure growth. Additionally, Phil serves on the Board of American Petroleum Institutes Midstream Committee (former Chair) and the Liquids Energy Pipeline Association. Phil joined Enbridge January 2019 as Senior Vice President, Business Development, heading their US Gulf Coast Growth Strategy.

Mr. Anderson was previously at Andeavor Corporation where he was one of the company’s most senior officers having served in a variety of executive capacities over his 20 years with the organization. From 2010 to 2017, Phil served as President for Tesoro Logistics LP (TLLP), which at the time was an $8 billion enterprise value, NYSE-listed midstream master limited partnership. Phil led the formation and the initial public offering of TLLP, and over his tenure as President, annual earnings grew from $50 million in 2010 to over $1 billion in 2017.

Phil has an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He received his BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
